ZDCF-9自動(dong)氟(fu)離子測定儀

一、產(chan)品特點(dian)：主(zhu)要用于測定(ding)煤(mei)中氟的測定(ding)，根據GB/T4633利用高溫燃燒水(shui)解——氟離子選擇(ze)性電極法測定煤中(zhong)總氟量(liang)，可(ke)供(gong)煤炭、電力、冶金和地質(zhi)勘探等部門的(de)實(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)使用(yong)。

I. Product characteristics: Mainly used to determine the fluorine in the coal. It determines the total fluorine in the coal by using the high temperature combustion hydrolyzing--fluoride ion selective electrode method in the national standard GB/T4633, and can be used by the laboratories of coal, power, metallurgy and geological prospecting sectors, etc.

1、本儀器集控溫(wen)(wen)、攪(jiao)拌及蒸(zheng)汽量控制于一體(ti)，微(wei)電腦蒸(zheng)汽多段控溫(wen)(wen)，穩定性高，體(ti)積(ji)小(xiao)，小(xiao)功率耗電量小(xiao)，測(ce)定精度(du)高是目前實驗室(shi)理(li)想的氟(fu)含量測(ce)定儀器。

1. The meter integrates temperature control, mixing and steam amount control, with microcomputer for steam multi-stage temperature control, leading to high stability, small volume, small power consumption due to the small power and high determination accuracy, being an ideal fluorine content meter for the laboratories at present.

本儀器采用連續(xu)自動(dong)電(dian)子(zi)控(kong)溫，實時(shi)控(kong)制升溫電(dian)流，溫度控(kong)制精確。

The meter uses the continuous automatic electronic temperature control, and controls the current for temperature rise in real time, resulting in accurate temperature control.

2、本儀(yi)器(qi)在一代(dai)設備的(de)基礎(chu)上，改進了(le)送樣(yang)(yang)(yang)裝置(zhi)，由人工送樣(yang)(yang)(yang)改為連續自(zi)動送樣(yang)(yang)(yang)，避(bi)免(mian)了(le)人工送樣(yang)(yang)(yang)，異徑管爆(bao)燃易裂的(de)弊端。

2. The sample presentation device of the meter is improved on the basis of the first-generation equipment: changed from manual sample presentation to continuous automatic sample presentation, to avoid the disadvantage of deflagration and easy crack of the reducing pipe during manual sample presentation.

3、送(song)樣更加穩定連續性強，送(song)樣時間(jian)精準，提高了檢驗結果(guo)的精確度，簡化了實驗人員的操作程序。

3. The sample presentation is more stable and has a strong continuity, and the sample presentation time is accurate, which increases the accuracy of the inspection result and simplifies the operating procedures of the experimenter.

4、采(cai)用單管式高溫(wen)爐為燃燒爐，長(chang)(chang)壽命硅碳(tan)管加熱器(qi)件，克服了雙管長(chang)(chang)時間(jian)加熱導致異徑管變形，溫(wen)度改(gai)變相互(hu)產生影響，造成檢測(ce)樣品的準確度誤(wu)差(cha)增大、降(jiang)低精度的缺點。

4. It uses single high-temperature tubular furnace as the combustion furnace and the long-life silicon-carbon tube heating element, to overcome the shortcomings that long-time heating by both tubular furnaces results in deformation of the reducing pipe, and temperature change generates mutual influence resulting in increase of the accuracy error and reduction of the accuracy of the tested samples.

5、本(ben)儀(yi)器操作集(ji)中、簡單，容(rong)易控制避免(mian)了以前兩支(zhi)石(shi)英異徑管(guan)所處位置(zhi)不(bu)同，工作人(ren)員調試設備時(shi)費事、費時(shi)的(de)情況。

5. The meter offers centralized and simple operations and is easy to control, to avoid the previous situation that the two quartz reducing pipes were in different positions thus it took trouble and time for the staff to debug the equipment.

6、外(wai)填充鋁和硅酸鋁保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)棉(mian)以(yi)起到良好的保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)性能(neng)和充分長(chang)度的恒溫(wen)(wen)區。

6. Aluminum and aluminum silicate insulation cotton is filled externally to offer good thermal insulation performance and a constant temperature zone in a sufficient length.

7、本(ben)儀器采用微電腦(nao)控(kong)制，觸(chu)摸液(ye)晶(jing)顯示(shi)屏，顯示(shi)更直觀，數據存儲量大，可自行編輯程序。

7. The meter is controlled by a microcomputer, with a touch LCD for more intuitive display, and can store a large amount of data and be programmed.

8、  輸入檢測(ce)數據可(ke)以自動換算結果(guo)，無需人(ren)工計算，數據保(bao)存，查詢方便簡潔(jie)，信息集(ji)中(zhong)，明確，一目了然。

8. The test data entered can be automatically converted to the results, requiring no manual calculation; the data storage and query are convenient and simple, and the information is centralized and clear at a glance.
